Profit Sweep — Profit Sweep: I paid for access I never actually received

Simple story this one. I paid for the membership, and the Discord access I'd paid for never arrived. No invite, no link, nothing. I chased through email and social media. Eventually got a reply promising a refund "this week". That was the last I heard from them. Follow-ups were read and ignored. From what I could see peering in from the outside, the community wasn't especially active anyway, so I may have dodged something. But I'm still out the money and the whole experience felt casual to the point of contempt. If a paid community can't get you through the front door on day one, don't expect them to be there when you need help.
