Pamela Woodford + Zander Woodford-Smith: I paid thousands up front and never saw the guarantee honoured
I signed up after a call where the guarantee was the thing that sold me. I was told that if I did the work and did not hit the income figure, I would get my money back. That was the only reason I could justify the price, because it was several thousand pounds up front and I had to move money around to find it.
Once I was in, the programme was nothing like the call. Nobody could tell me clearly what was included, when the modules landed, or who my actual mentor was. Then a few weeks in I was told that if I wanted proper mentor time it was an extra monthly fee on top of what I had already paid.
When I asked about the guarantee I got sent in circles. There was always another condition I had not met. I gave up chasing in the end, which I think is exactly what they count on.
